c1_01 no power full shorted done by remove capacitor

History:

No power full shorted..



Action Taken:

1.Use RPS but no indications of hot parts..

2.I try to remove BIG capacitor in 1st try but no luck.

3.In 2nd BIG capacitor removing..BINGO i did it



4. try to test again if shorted remove..!!
